The first thing to consider when trapping rodents is that the approach to mice and rats is different. You can fill a regular bucket 1/3 with water and place it next to the table. Place a piece of flexible plastic or plywood on the table the size of a student ruler. A bait is placed at the end of it and pushed over the edge of the tabletop. The rat follows the smell and, under the weight of its own body, falls into a bucket of water.

For fishing, a mixture of flour and gypsum in a 1:1 ratio is used. Place a container of water nearby. The smell of flour attracts the animal. After drinking ordinary water after eating, rodents die.
